* We have turned off the Rental Reservation System. All UN-RENTED FunZones have reverted to company ownership and been made available for 3rd party hosting. All UN-RENTED Houses are available for rental on a first come, first served basis.
* Subscriptions are required before your avatar can log in. If you still need a subscription, you should be challenged at login. If nothing happens when you click the 'sign me up' link, try right-clicking on it and selecting 'open in new window' or otherwise try to work around your popup blocker. If you still can't get the page to appear, try this link: http://webapps.prod.there.com/banker/banker?subs=1

If you need to cancel a sub, use the "Recurring Payments" interface of your PayPal account. Cancellations are *immediate* and there is no refund for 'unused time' on the cancelled subscription.

ISSUES

* Please do NOT buy/sell/auction "Hoods" at this time. Any 'hood' object or deed which you were granted as part of data migration is NOT a usable object. ("lots" are OK, just the "hoods" themselves are the problem). When we restore the hoods, it will be with entirely new hood objects (which will be configured to their original owners).
* Please refrain from dropping large numbers of vehicles (if you're not planning on driving them around, that is), we periodically force put-away these idle vehicles, so you will be unable to have 'car lots' at this time.

CHANGES

* We're working on restoring the old Neighborhoods. If you were the leader of a Hood in Old There, and are ready to resume the mantle of leadership, please send an email to feedback@thereinc.com letting us know. We will restore old hoods in an order determined by available server coverage and available returning landlords.
* We released the "Claim Possessions" tool (it's on your profile) which will let you claim the possessions of any old There.com avatars you had, but that you don't want to re-create (and pay the monthly fee for). We advise you NOT to use this feature on any avatar you used to submit new Developer Items with. Developer resurrection will move submissions only to the same avatar name as they were developed under in Old There.
* We're adding servers as the money rolls in (Thanks!). Currently we are operating 16 terrain servers and maintaining 30 steps per second on all of them.
* We have released a 'Gift Subscription' feature (so if $10 is a life-burden, you might be able to get a gift subscription from a friend who previously used a $10 bill to light his special monthly cigar.)
* We're working on the Developer System (which will include some form of a buyback program to make up for the policy against 3rd party TB sales.) with the planned milestones: resurrection of your old products, prep/submission of new products, peer review of new submissions, faster deploy of new products to world (knock on wood).
